We’re excited to announce a transformative remodel that takes luxury to new heights: the villa’s smallest en‑suite is being redesigned into one of our largest, ensuring every guest enjoys both space and serenity.

Villa Encanto is a classic hacienda‑style estate boasting eight elegant bedrooms, each with en‑suite bathrooms, plus a studio, lush gardens, and sweeping vistas of Banderas Bay. This remodel pays homage to our property’s heritage while embracing contemporary design. The goal is to elevate one of the coziest bathrooms into a sprawling, light‑filled retreat, reinforcing the villa’s reputation as the ultimate vacation home for large groups.
Maintaining Cohesion throughout the Villa
The redesigned en‑suite complements the villa’s existing design language. Hand-painted tiles, locally sourced woodwork, and artisanal textiles reflect the rich heritage of Mexican culture. Meanwhile, neutral walls and natural materials provide a tranquil backdrop that directs attention to the room’s ocean views and verdant surroundings.
A Revitalized Pool Experience
Alongside the exciting en-suite transformation, we’re also giving Villa Encanto’s pool a refreshed look. The pool has always been the heart of the villa where families gather, children splash, and evenings wind down. To ensure it remains a place of joy and relaxation, we’re resurfacing and refreshing the entire pool area. The result will be a smoother, sparkling finish that’s both visually stunning and wonderfully inviting. It will be the ultimate centerpiece for your gatherings, from morning dips to sunset cocktails.

Guests will have full access to the enhanced bathroom and pool starting in October 2025, meaning bookings from that month onward can already enjoy these exciting upgrades. Reservations for 2026 are now being accepted, and we are also booking for 2027, allowing families and large groups to secure their stay and experience the upgraded accommodations for future gatherings.
