What time is check-in and check-out at Villa Encanto?

The arrival time is 4 PM, and the departure time is 12 PM. Please contact our manager to discuss the details if you need additional time.

How does grocery shopping work at Villa Encanto?

At least two weeks before your arrival, we will ask that you prepare a grocery list of staples for us to purchase on your behalf prior to your arrival so that we may stock the villa for you. Guests are responsible for all grocery and beverage costs during their stay. The staff will do the shopping and give you a weekly total of the cost.

How do you suggest we get to and from the airport?

We offer a VIP airport transfer service. Our property manager will arrange your pickup at the airport as well as your departure. If you have multiple pickups or a large party, please let us know so we can accommodate your specific needs. You can also choose to rent a car.

Is the food and drink bill reasonable compared to eating out?

The food and drink costs are a great deal. It roughly costs between $35 and $45 per person per day for two meals. The food is exceptional, so the value is fantastic.

How does tipping work at Villa Encanto?

We encourage guest groups to tip our staff at the end of the stay. The industry standard is 10-20% of the retail lodging total divided among the staff. Our manager will provide envelopes with the names of staff members and their job titles, or you can give one lump sum and she will distribute equally.

Will my belongings be secure at Villa Encanto?

We have installed safes for your personal belongings in each closet. In addition, every evening from 7 PM until 6 AM, we have a security guard patrolling the property, street, and beach.

Are laundry services available at Villa Encanto?

The housekeepers will wash your clothes at your request for $3.00 USD per piece. Please keep it to light wash such as undergarments, t-shirts, and bathing suits. Please place your soiled garments outside your room and inform the staff. They will return them to you in 24 hours, except for Sunday or their day off.

Is smoking allowed at Villa Encanto?

No smoking is allowed in the Villa or on the property except at the beach patio past the arched gates.

Is babysitting or childcare available at Villa Encanto?

Our staff is not available or responsible to care for visiting children or to monitor their activities. However, because the Villa is so large, many groups choose to bring their own nanny or babysitter with them.

Do you provide cribs or high chairs for children?

We do have a pack-n-play available upon request. Please feel free to reach out with your specific needs by emailing tim@villaencantomexico.com.

Can we make phone calls from Villa Encanto?

We have two lines, one for local calls and one for international calls. We offer free unlimited calling to the US and Canada. Other international calls can be made by connecting with our manager, who can help you and will let you know the costs.
